W/C 10th January 2022 Nursery

We are having such a wonderful week in Nursery.

The children seem to be enjoying our new Pathways to write story which is, 'Let's all creep through crocodile creek'.

In the story the animals go on a journey through the cocodile creek. All children in nursery have been discussing their own 'journey' to school.

We have done some super mark-making to describe what we all see throughout our journey. 

Our children have enjoyed bug hunting in the garden this week as we are exploring animal habitats.

At forest school we have been on an animal hunt to find creatures who might live in the forest.

Following this activity, the children took part in acting out the story of The Gruffalo and then painting a picture of their chosen character.

We have lots more fun activities planned for the week ahead.
