Nursery W/C 4th July

Welcome to our nursery news.

In maths this week we have been categorising objects, exploring pattern and using collage materials to create simple shapes.

Earlier this week, we took the children for an adventure walk around the whole school outdoor area. We were looking at shapes in the environment and counting objects as we went along.

During forest school time, we sat on the logs and listened to our pathways story, 'The Sea Saw', we then explored the woods with our peers.

On Thursday we were lucky enough to meet the Alpacas from Knighton. Our nursery children seemed to really enjoy meeting and stroking them. A big thank you to the Howell family for organising this wonderful event for our children.
