Nursery w/c 20th September

Our nursery children seemed very excited to recieve their bookbags this week. The children chose a book each to take home to share with their adults/siblings. We hope you all enjoy sharing these books at home and take good care of them. Please bring them back when your child would like to choose a different book.

This week in nursery we have been following recipes in the role-play area.

We showed creativity within our topic books by designing our own Gingerbread men.

Within provision we have been exploring baking apparatus such as weighing scales and bowls using real flour.

We have been on a shape hunt and have been exploring shape in the water tray this week too!

During our phonics sessions we made 'silly soup' with objects beginning with the phoneme 't'.
