Our nursery children have begun lots of Christmas craft activities this week.

We made Christmas folders, 2024 calendars and cards for the children to take home.

During our literacy sessions we have been retelling the story of the three little pigs which the children have been animated with. We created a role play house for the children to use for their acting of the big bad wolf and the little pigs.

In provision we have been thinking about the true meaning of Christmas. The children built a stable for baby Jesus using wooden blocks and straw. 

To help develop our fine motor skills, we all helped to decorate a big Christmas tree using pom poms and tweezers!
