Ercall W/C 16th October 2023

In maths this week we have been creating autumn pumpkin collages using paper plates and materials of different textures.

We have been joining in with rhymes and stories based around Goldilocks and the three bears and then beginning to count objects to three.

During our phonics sessions we have been oral blending sounds, playing musical instruments- learning to listen for the words 'stop and go'.

We have also taken part in a listening walk where the children named the environmental sounds which they heard.

In literacy we have been reciting the pathways topic story, 'Peace at last', the children have been trying really hard to recall the events throughout the story.

We had a wonderful time creating a house for the bears to live in using boxes, tubes and tape. Well done Ercall for another super week.
